Toby Prince Brigham
Mr. Brigham has devoted his law practice to the defense of constitutional private property rights for over 47 years. A graduate of Yale University and the University of Florida College of Law, Mr. Brigham founded the law practice known today as Brigham Moore LLP in 1960 and has been resident with its Miami office ever since, though he has represented landowners throughout the State of Florida and across the country.
S. William Moore
Bill Moore is a partner in the firm, located in the Sarasota office. He joined the firm in 1978 and has more than 30 years of legal experience. Mr. Moore represents clients throughout Florida and, while involved in all areas of eminent domain, from initial proceedings through appeal, he has developed a special interest in the expansion of private property protection via inverse condemnation actions and due process challenges.
Andrew H. Schuster
Andrew Schuster has been a partner with Brigham Moore LLP since 1982. He presently works in the firm’s Miami office. An eminent domain trial lawyer for 30 years, he has represented both condemning authorities and property owners in cases throughout Florida.
Robert C. Byrne
Bob Byrne is a partner in the firm, located in the Miami office with more than 30 years experience in the legal field. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida prior to first joining the firm in 1974.
Mark A. Tobin
Mark Tobin is a partner practicing in the Miami office. He has been with the firm since 1987 and a partner since 1994. He has dedicated his entire legal career exclusively to the protection of constitutional property rights, representing owners and tenants in eminent domain throughout the State of Florida.

Mrs. Boulris has devoted her entire law practice to the defense of constitutional property rights in the context of eminent domain, inverse condemnation, property-related civil rights claims, and related land-use litigation
Andrew Prince Brigham
Mr. Brigham is a third generation trial lawyer. Born in Miami, Florida, he graduated from Wheaton College (B.A. English Literature, 1988) and University of Florida College of Law (J.D., 1991). Early on, Andrew Brigham had familiarity with our firm’s practice of law devoted to protecting property rights and representing owners in eminent domain proceedings.
John W. Little, III
John Little has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout Florida, at both the trial and appellate levels. He has appeared in more than half of the state circuit courts in Florida and in all of the federal district courts in the State.
Laura N. Camp
Ms. Camp has worked exclusively in the field of eminent domain law and protecting private property rights since joining Brigham Moore in 1995. She is a partner in the Miami office, with varied experience representing a wide range of property types.
Juan M. Muñiz
Juan M. Muñiz is a partner with the firm practicing in the Miami office since 1998. His law practice has been dedicated entirely to representing owners in defense of their constitutional property rights. Mr. Muñiz was born in the Bronx, New York, but spent most of his childhood in Orlando, Florida.
Jackson H. Bowman IV
Jackson Bowman is a Partner in our Tampa Bay office. For nearly 20 years, Mr. Bowman’s professional career has involved real estate-related matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a real estate appraiser and consultant. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute (inactive), and the CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Ron A. Adams
Ron Adams has over 24 years of experience as a litigator throughout Florida, focusing on disputes involving eminent domain, property rights, land use, zoning and local governments. He has handled cases in the Florida Supreme Court, all five Florida District Courts of Appeal, Circuit Courts in at least 24 Florida counties, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts in Florida.
Patrick T. DiPietro
Patrick DiPietro, partner in the Miami office, has litigated cases in all areas of condemnation in Florida during his entire legal career. Prior to joining Brigham Moore and representing owners against any and all condemning authorities, he started his career as an eminent domain practitioner with the Florida Department of Transportation.
Gregory S. Rix
Greg Rix joined Brigham Moore in 2000 and practices as a partner in the firm's Tampa Bay office. Prior to beginning his practice of law, he was a state-certified general real estate appraiser focusing his practice on valuation in eminent domain cases throughout Florida.
D. Mark Natirboff
Mark Natirboff, partner in the Jacksonville office, is an experienced litigator who has practiced law in Orlando, Miami, and Jacksonville, with litigation experience in both eminent domain and other civil actions.
Francisco J. Pines
Francisco Pines joined Brigham Moore in 2000 and practices as a partner in the firm’s Miami office. He practices exclusively in the areas of eminent domain, inverse condemnation, and property rights litigation.
Annette Lopez
Born in Miami, Florida, Ms. Lopez obtained her B.A. from Boston College, where she graduated cum laude with a major in Psychology and minor in Philosophy of Religion. Annette obtained her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Having strong ties to the South Florida community, Ms. Lopez is dedicated to protecting the rights of property owners in Florida’s rapidly growing real estate market.
Richard J. Dewitt III
Mr. Dewitt a South Florida native was born and raised in Key Biscayne, Florida. Mr. Dewitt’s professional experience prior to joining Brigham Moore includes acting as an Assistant City Attorney and Municipal Prosecutor for several cities in Broward and Palm Beach County as an associate attorney. Prior to beginning his practice of law, Mr. Dewitt served as an M1A1 Tank Operator for the U.S. Army in operation “Desert Storm.” Located in the West Palm Beach office, his practice focuses on protecting the rights of property owners in eminent domain suits and litigating other private property rights issues against governmental entities.
Jamie L. Goble
Ms. Goble was raised on Florida’s Suncoast, and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science degree in Advertising, cum laude, in 2000, and continued her education graduating from Stetson University College of Law (J.D., 2004). Ms. Goble clerked for Brigham Moore, LLP while in law school, and joined the law firm as an associate in September of 2006. Located in the firm’s Sarasota office, her practice focuses on protection of the rights of private property owners throughout Florida.
