Miami, FL – Toby Prince Brigham, a founding partner of the law firm Brigham Moore, was honored at the Property Rights Conference at the William and Mary Law School in Virginia on November 5th. Brigham and a peer, Gideon Kanner, were honored for their lifelong achievement in the area of eminent domain and property rights law by having an award named after them that will hereby be presented at the annual conference – The Brigham-Kanner Prize.
“We are all honored to work with such an effective and inspirational defender of private property rights, and proud to see Toby recognized for his accomplishments,” said Bill Moore, Partner in Brigham Moore LLP.
Brigham has worked exclusively in the area of eminent domain and property rights law for over 40 years, and is the author of numerous articles and publications as well as a regular speaker at eminent domain conferences.
He is a graduate of Yale University and a resident of Miami.
